I believe as humans we have a natural inclination and endless capacity towards growth and healing. I use different therapy approaches based on individual needs including; CBT ( Cognitive behavior therapy) DBT (Dialectical behavior therapy), solution focused, Person centered, structural, psychodynamic, and narrative etc. As therapist, I aim to provide client's a space, effective tools while providing 1:1 therapy, Tele sessions and in the office appointments are available.
